About the Role

You’ll be the connective tissue between our AI models, our product, and our business strategy. This role is about turning data into insight and insight into action — helping us understand how creative professionals use Muse, how our models perform in production, and where the biggest opportunities lie.

What You’ll Do

  • Build analytics pipelines to track user engagement, feature adoption, and creative workflow patterns
  • Design and run A/B experiments to optimize product features and AI model outputs
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for internal stakeholders and enterprise clients
  • Analyze AI model performance — accuracy, latency, user satisfaction — and recommend improvements
  • Partner with ML engineers to evaluate training data quality and model drift
  • Build predictive models for content performance, user retention, and market opportunity
  • Present findings to leadership and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a quantitative research role
  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or custom dashboards)
  • Solid foundation in statistics — hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodology
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity about creative industries and storytelling

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NLP or generative AI evaluation metrics
  • Background in media analytics or content performance measurement
  • Experience with real-time analytics and streaming data
  • Published research or conference presentations
